What is QUALIOPI certification?
QUALIOPI is a certification designed to attest to the quality of the training process offered by training organizations like Cullen Language Services. QUALIOPI is a quality label that puts the learner at the heart of the training process, offering the learning experience best suited to his or her needs and desires.
To achieve this, the organization is assessed on 7 criteria:
- Conditions for informing the public about services offered, access times and results obtained
- Identifying the objectives of the proposed services and adapting them when designing actions
- Adapting services and reception, support, monitoring and assessment methods
- Adequacy of teaching, technical and supervisory resources for each service.
- Qualifying and developing the knowledge and skills of service personnel
- The service provider’s place in its professional environment
- Gathering and taking into account feedback and complaints from learners in the services provided
